We wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for your collaboration on the construction of our new basement bath. From start to finish, we experienced professionalism from your team. Each trade/staff member was experienced, efficient, and expressed an enthusiasm to complete the project to our satisfaction. Everyone was dedicated to the project and it showed in how they followed up if we had any questions. The trades were all polite and left the construction area clean each day. We were especially pleased with our lead supervisor on the project, Ivan. He explained what he would be doing each step of the way and offered some excellent suggestions. When alternatives were available he explained each and their pros and cons. Ashley must also be commended in her role of scheduling and clearly explaining parts and procedures. It was a pleasure working with her. Once again, thank you. We are very pleased with our new bathroom.

Everyone whom I have encountered from Pierpoint Construction has been extremely professional and easy to work with. The deck is absolutely gorgeous and beyond our expectations. We especially appreciate Jason’s work on the concrete pad and patio. His craftmanship and attention to detail was top-notch. We can’t wait for you guys to work on our next project!

We had Pierpoint enclose the furnace and water filtration system in our basement. About an 11x14 room. They had a very reasonable estimate and did a very good job in completing the work. I some cases, they went above and beyond in some of the work, very professional and much better quality than the builder of this home.

From start to finish, the staff and crews were true professionals. During the planning phase, the staff was professional and covered all the details. So, when the work began, there were no surprises or issues. All the crews were professional, polite, and most importantly, patient and more than willing to explain everything they were doing. As I had special needs for some of the installation, nothing was done without my consolation, ensuring everything was installed the way it is needed, not the way they thought it should be. I am a very satisfied customer and will defiantly use Pierpoint in the future.

We use Pierpoint Construction for pretty much all of our larger projects around the house and they have consistently went above and beyond in not only making sure the job was done correctly, but that my wife and I were happy with the results.
